|    Question about OWL property restrictions    |
|    18 Aug 06 13:18:56    |
Hello. I have a question about a kind of restrictions for class       properties in OWL.              I have the following ontology:              Classes:       * Street.        Properties:        - intersections (range multiple Street, symmetric)       * Intersection.        Properties:        - street1 (range Street)        - street2 (range Street)              I would like to add a "Neccesary & Suficient" restriction to street1 (I       am using Protege) like the following:              exists Street1 (Street2 is contained in intersections)              That is, an individual of Intersection will be correct if Street2       belongs to the intersections of Street1.              How can I express that in (Protege-)OWL?              Thanks!              [ comp.ai is moderated ... your article may take a while to appear. ]              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
