   I was reading a paper about Emegent mating topologies. They have   
   heavily used the word "scale-free networks", but have not mentioned the   
   meaning of the word "scale-free" ( or I could not have grasped).   
      
   I googled around for the specification but still could not get it.   
      
      
   Could anybody tell me plz. Thanks in anticipation.
