   anecdotes, rumors, facts, etc., on:   
      
   (1) sequence of development steps (e.g., discrete variables, continuous   
   variables; naive Bayes, Polytree Bayes; etc.) to plan the development   
   of a BN tool package; and   
      
   (2) estimated development time (people - years) to develop each   
   additional step in above sequence.
