   He proposed a fuzzy logic controller for the cart-pole problem. and the   
      
   fuzzy controller is trained by reinforcement learning method.  This   
   method is in the paper   
      
   Hamid R. Berenji and pratap Khedkar. Learning and tuning fuzzy logic   
   controllers through reinforcements, IEEE Transactions on neural   
   networks, Vol 3, No 5, Sept. 1992.   
      
      
   If anyone has ever successfully implemented this algorithm, could you   
   please share your code with me? I can even pay for that. Thanks very
