   Hai guys,   
                 No one has not yet posted a useful neural networks   
   beginners tutorial site and i need help from u guys. By the way what   
   is the role of the term "BIAS" in neural networks and what it is used   
   for???????????????????.I am so desperate to view the site which is   
   really interesting to study neural networks in a layman way with   
   pictures describing the explanation.
