   Advances in Asian Language Processing   
      
   Description:   
   Recently there has been an explosion of research in Asian languages   
   such as Chinese, Japanese, etc. The research for these languages are   
   producing extraordinary results. This special issue is meant to be a   
   showcase for such research.   
      
   The scope of the special issue includes, but is not limited to   
   resarch:   
   * Natural Language Processing   
   * Machine Translation   
   * Information Retrieval   
   * Language-based Affective Computing   
   * Dialog Systems   
   * Question & Answering   
   * Language Learning Systems   
   * Spoken Language Processing   
      
   Submission:   
   Authors should submit their papers electronically, in PDF format to   
   ln3gs at ln3gs.com with the subject indicating "Submission to EL".   
   Submitted papers must be original. Extended version of conference   
   papers are acceptable if there is enough new material. All submitted   
   papers will be sent to reviewers for evaluation on originality,   
   relevance, significance, and readability.   
      
   All submissions must be prepared in the standard format (http://   
   www.engineeringletters.com/doc/EL_MSWord_template.doc and   
   http://www.engineeringletters.com/doc/EL_Latex_example.tex) Papers   
   should not exceed 15 pages including figures, references and   
   appendices. There are no page charges for papers appearing in the   
   special issue.
