   Yes, I also consider the convergenge would be much faster if a meta-   
   tunning scheme were applied to adapt the evolutionary operators,   
   mainly if that scheme could deal with the modification of all   
   parameters at same time. This can be very useful if the function being   
   optimized is not decomposable/separable (but could also be used in   
   this case).
