   This isn't a particularly sensible question, because the simple   
   answer is that many languages are/have been used to implement AI,   
   and just about any language could be.  Some languages may be a bit   
   more suitable than others, depending on the sort of algorithms   
   being implemented, but it's really the algorithms that matter,   
   not the language.
