   Hi,   
     I've got masters in computer science, and now, after a year, I'd   
   like to continue my education in AI field. I used to work with neural   
   nets, and like to develop in spiking NN, but have to switch to   
   knowledge management and multi-agent systems to be able working on   
   applied projects in web. Right now I'm looking proper university to   
   continue working in this fields, could anybody consult me?   
      
     I'm from Kiev, Ukraine and going to stay whole August in London   
   looking around, would be glad also to find some contacts that are   
   interested in those topics.
