   I can't recall or find a source for a quotation I read about seven   
   years ago... it was a piece on AI, if my memory serves me well, & it   
   went something like; there are global beliefs & local beliefs... if   
   you ask most people if vampires exist, then they'll say no... but if   
   you ask them what kind of entity Dracula is... then they'll say he is   
   a vampire...   
      
   Anyone know who said what I've just paraphrased?
