   Random forests have very few parameters so it would be difficult to   
   build multiple random forests. What random forests show is that boot-   
   strapping alone is powerful enough to get most of the benefits of   
   boosting. That was a little surprising to me.

   I don't think that the decision stump would be getting the weight.   
   The boost algorithm would be applying the weight.
