   My partner give me a matlab implementation of RPCL, it works well when   
   dataset size is small.   
   Now I am working on a very big dataset. And all I have is a 32-bit   
   server machine. (Which has the 2/3G single-process memory limit.)   
   I think I need a C++ implementation of RPCL. Would any one like to   
   help?

   P.S.   Matlab code with sufficient comments is also OK. I think I can   
   rewrite the matlab code if there is enough comments so I can   
   understand the code.
