   Of course, it is possible to collaborate without communication.   
   At the same time, many researcher have proposaled many architecture   
   for multi-agent or mult-robot to cooperation without communication,   
   considering there will be many collision and complex will increase   
   with the scale of the system.   
      But from my own opinion, if communication can provide many benefit   
   and you need it,why not think a good communication method to sovle   
   many problems.it's up to your special project.
