      From: lhf@cse.cuhk.edu.hk              Post-doctoral Fellowships              Applications for Post-doctoral Fellowships are being invited. Successful       applicants shall participate in research projects related to       bid-determination strategies in agent based auctions, agent based workforce       management, or other topics related to software agents. The projects are       supported by Competitive Earmarked Research Grants (CERGs) from the Research       Grants Council, Hong Kong, China.              The applicant should hold a PhD, and have a good track record of research       and international publications. The applicant should have no more than 5       years post-qualification experience. Applicants who have not yet obtained a       PhD degree at the time of application but will do so in a short period of       time may also apply, but the PhD degree has to be confirmed on or before the       date of reporting duty.              The salary is approx. US$3,000 per month. Other service benefits include       annual leave, out-patient and dental benefits, and local education allowance       for children. The initial appointment will normally be 12 months, but can be       renewed for up to another 12 months. The total duration of appointment will       not exceed 24 months.
