|    Looking for appropriate AI for Intellige    |

From: bedtimestory@hotmail.com              Hi              I'm very new to ai. I'm after some advice that will hopefully send me       in the correct direction to use AI in an Intelligent Tutoring System.              Is there an AI that could be taught to solve a problem (math,       engineering, science, programming) in steps and then use this       technique to solve other similar problems.              Is there an AI that would allow these problems to be written in       English and then the AI could determine the appropriate equations to       provide a solution?              Is there an AI that would be able to watch a user try to solve a       problem and provide feedback on where the user is going wrong?              My last very important question to the AI community!       Do you know of an AI technique that could be applied to an Intelligent       Tutoring System?              Thanks              [ comp.ai is moderated.
