|    JOB: R&D Position in Image/Signal Proces    |
|    22 Jan 04 01:56:55    |
XPost: sci.image.processing       From: drkyahooemail-usenet0001@yahoo.com              Hello,              I'm a member of an R&D team at Synopsys, one of the top vendors of       EDA/CAD software for chip design. We are looking for someone who is an       expert in image processing and signal processing applications and       algorithm design, and whose qualifications are suitable for a position       up to the level of Senior Staff Engineer. Candidates should have an       M.S. or Ph.D. in EE or CS, with specialization in image or signal       processing, plus 4-10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal       candidate would have work experience in the area of semiconductor       manufacturing. But other application areas would be considered       relevant also, such as medical imaging, astronomy, image recognition       systems, and radar and sonar.              We need someone who is able to research problems independently,       develop novel solutions, and test out new ideas using prototyping       tools such as Matlab, so research experience is a big plus. At the       same time, everyone on the team writes code that goes into the final       product, so very strong programming skills in C/C++ are a requirement       (and Java is useful too).              The position is located in Mountain View, CA. Relocation and H1-B       sponsorship are available.              Qualified candidates who want to apply for this position can send a       cover letter and resume to me at drkyahooemail-misc0001@yahoo.com              Dave              [ comp.ai is moderated. To submit, just post and be patient, or if ]       [ that fails mail your article to |
