|    SVM in text classification    |
|    04 Mar 04 23:52:37    |
From: putmanju@hotmail.com              Hi,                     I am attempting to solve a text classification problem. I have read a       few papers on applying SVM to Document classification.              I am looking for some information on implementation details of SVM's       to text classification in C/C++. Something that works on Windows,       preferably VC++, so I can check it out for any kind of classification       problem. Basically I am trying to get a good understanding of the       design and implementation issues of SVM. (I came across SVM-light and       someother software but none for VC++)              I would greatly appreciate pointers to SVM's or any other method that       can be used. I previously worked on applying Naive Bayes and decision       trees to a text classification problem at the granularity of a       sentence.              Thank you very much,       MP              [ comp.ai is moderated.
