   Can a strong AI be created(or simulated) by properly build(using   
   optimised symbolic rules) object oriented databases?   
      
   I am though .. trying to research its possibility. I have already   
   charted out the plan and almost finished modelling it... I just wanted   
   to know whether any systems of this nature has been currently   
   developed or discussed.
