   Can anyone tell me whether there is, somewhere on the net or elsewhere, an   
   overview of PD, freeware, shareware and/or commercial software for   
   diagnosing technical systems? Either using model-based, rule-based or   
   case-based techniques, and either using qualitative or quantitative system   
   descriptions.
