   In my experience, the hard part is finding some external, objective, measure of   
   which experts are right - what in clinical research is usually called 'the gold   
   standard'.   
      
   I would add that one also needs to take account of the tendency of individual   
   experts to have a particular response set, and to correct for it, even when one   
   can find no such external gold standard.
