   Jess is a powerful, lightweight Java rule engine. Academic users qualify   
   for a free license. The latest release, Jess 6.1p4, is now available for   
   download at the usual location:

   This release fixes a minor bug in variable binding with multiple (not)   
   CEs, reported by Kevin Kusy.
