   The OWL Web Ontology Language for Services (OWL-S) has been   
   officially submitted to and and accepted by the W3C as a   
   member submission.  OWL-S supplies core markup terms to   
   describe the properties and capabilities of Web services   
   to facilitate the fuller automation of Web service tasks,   
   e.g.  service discovery, execution, composition and
