   Greetings,   
      
   I am facing a problem which seems to be multi-modal with many non   
   dominating maximums (namely, this is not a multi criteria problem bur   
   rather one with many equally optimums). I am contemplating between GA   
   and Particle Swarm Optimization and will thank anyone who could advise   
   which of the two (or another method for that matter) is more suitable   
   for the job. If any links to state of the art techniques are available   
   I'd thank you very much.
