|    Case Based Reasoning (CBR) in Prolog: An    |
|    30 Dec 04 09:19:58    |
From: emres@bilgi.edu.tr              Hi,              Does anybody know or can anyone provide some concrete examples       on the subject of CBR (Case Based Reasoning) technique       implemented in Prolog to solve some problems (preferably       not very complicated ones or if so, heavily documented)?              I have difficulty in finding examples explained       in a clear format. I'm studying Bratko's book (Prolog       Programming for Artificial Intelligence) it's got       couple of examples about expert systems, knowledge       representation and an expert system shell example       but they don't seem to be satisfactory in terms of CBR.       I'm also reading "Case-Based Reasoning" by David B. Leake (editor)       which provides short descriptions of implemented systems       without going to much detail and another book "Introduction       to Expert Systems" by Peter Jackson which uses CLIPS programming       language but not Prolog.              I'd appreciate any well documented CBR based Prolog       program so that I can examine it as a working example       in order to understand the concepts from a practical       point of view.              Thanks in advance.              --       Emre Sevinc              eMBA Software Developer Actively engaged in:       http:www.bilgi.edu.tr http://ileriseviye.org       http://www.bilgi.edu.tr http://fazlamesai.net       Cognitive Science Student http://cazci.com       http://www.cogsci.boun.edu.tr              [ comp.ai is moderated.
