   Hi, does anyone know how to use an error rate limit with c4.5 so that   
   when running c4.5rules it only uses  rules with an error rate of less   
   than say 50%. I can't see any command line option. -c appears to be a   
   confidence level limiter 'used in  forming  the  pessimistic estimate   
   of a rule's error rate (default 25%)' so isn't what i'm after
