   I developed a slightly modified version of Simulated Annealing   
   algorithm. I want to compare the results of my method with other well   
   known methods. (Such as ASA, standard SA, etc. ). Is there a paper that   
   critize the existing algortihms ? Is there a standard set of problems   
   (such as function minimization/maximization) ?
