Hello Everyone,   
      
   I am working on preparing functional specifications for a Java-based   
   implementation of PROC LOGISTIC. Could anyone point me to some useful   
   resources for this?   
      
   Basically I am looking to put down the working of PROC LOGISTIC in   
   sufficient detail, so that a Java developer without any background in   
   statistics would be able to develop the required code. Would you know   
   of any such existing work or useful resources for the same?
