      From: ted.dunning@gmail.com              Can't help you with Fortran.              Here is something else instead that is probably better for       experimentation:              http://psotoolbox.sourceforge.net/              Remember that most matlab code will run on Octave as well.              I also give away an implementation of my recorded step evolutionary       code in Java if you need it.
