Even when you have a Mozart memorizing all the       parts to a mass, you may not have larger data rates than this due to       the enormous amount of compression that is know to occur when an expert       "chunks" their perceptions.              Nor does this imply that the brain would only contain 2 bits times n       seconds of data. The internal represention is likely to be very rich       in order to allow efficient access with the relatively slow operations       possible with just a few layers of neuronal processing.              [ comp.ai is moderated.
