   Can anyone please tell me how to go about implementing the heuristics   
   mentioned inexecrise 4.10 of AIMSA. i requested a copy of Nil Nilssons   
   book on problem solving, and the expected delivery date is past my   
   homework's due date, i will really appreciate any links that will help
