   About ilog... We are already using an extern library for solving   
   schedule and it isn't cheap. So we don't want to thread an extern   
   component for another one. We want to develop or own solver because we   
   want to eliminate the recurent cost.   
      
   Of course i don't want to start a debate on which is the best, i read   
   some thread on that.  I wanted to know the spec of each language. I   
   think i ganna do a bit of research on each individual language a look   
   at the 10 pointer list.
