|    Re: Gornik System Beta - call for opinio    |

My intention was to point out that the system is available for beta       testers and that is why I picked up these technical features. I did not       want to describe the system with all its details / features like       alorithms.              When I mentioned object oriented approach and CWM it was not because       the system is build on this architecture, but because this OOP has       strong influence on what you can do in Gornik system. It is one of main       features which differs our product from other data mining tools.       Building a data mining model is in fact creating a set of objects       (MiningFunction, MiningAlgorithm ...), using OO (object oriented)       script language or wizard. Few illustration: changing algorithm equals       changing one object in data mining process specification, without need       to change the rest of task specification. Or you can directly include       in data model OOP features like exceptions handling, using threats ,       defining functions and using inheritance.              However considering your question about algorithms, I am including the       the list of algorithms. implemented in current version of Gornik       (there are some other ones being developed, added in next version). But       I would like to underline that not only algorithms make the system, it       is also the way they are integrated in a system. If you want to assess       our product more closely feel free to apply for beta version or wait       for trial which will be available within 2 months.              Best regards       Marcin Trofimiuk              [ comp.ai is moderated.
