   I'm currently doing a Master in Computer Science and want to do a PhD   
   in the field of AI and related fields. I have following options to   
   consider:   
      
   - adding a Master of Arts in Philosophy with a focus an AI/Philosophy   
   of Mind topics   
      
   - adding a Master in AI/Cognitive Science at the university of   
   Edinburgh   
      
   - doing a PhD in the area of cognitive science   
      
      
   The second decision I have to make where your advice will be much   
   appreciated, is what topic I should choose for my Master Thesis. The   
   area I'm interested in most is the foundation of AI with relations to   
   logic, philosophy and mathematics. My aim is to produce an outstanding   
   piece of work, so that I good chances to get a place for my PhD.
