|    Using CBR/KBS for Service Engineers in t    |

I'm researching the possibilities for an AI system to be deployed to       tens of field service engineers.              My client is interested in the feasibility of changing the way their       service engineers work.              In short, they currently carry an electronic manual and they'd rather       carry an intelligent system on their Windows Mobile 2003 devices. By       intelligent system they mean a system which will allow the engineer to       quickly diagnose faults and access the relevant area of the manual.       Ideally this system would also learn from previous cases and improve       over time.              One other requirement is that the system should be also available to       Windows XP machines. Furthermore the 'learning' should not be isolated       to each engineer but should instead be shared company-wide.              Can anyone point me in the right direction for products / companies /       consultants which could help out?              [ comp.ai is moderated.
