I'm new to AI and my boss wants me to develop a knowledge based   
   classifier software so I have to learn fast.   
      
   Based on reading a few papers and websites, I think I will use an   
   expert system and an Ontology. (Am I on the right track?)   
      
   I think (but I'm not sure) that I will need both forward and backward   
   chaining.   
      
   What tools / languages should I use?   
      
   CLIPS, JESS, CLIPS/R2  for the expert systems shell?   
   OWL for the ontology?   
      
   Any suggestions / help is appreciated.
