   I am studying computer science in the Bachelor of Science as well as in   
   the Bachelor of Education programm with computer science (major) and   
   mathematics (minor) and attempt to study abroad.   
      
   May anybody recommends some universities with an associated department   
   specialised in computational intelligence?   
      
   I prefer european and canadian universities 'cause of application fees.
