   Hi,   
      
   I want to use CLIPS (or fuzzyCLIPS) to develop a cased based reasoning   
   tool (a decision support system). I need an AI engineer/researcher with   
   CLIPS programming experience to help me knowledge engineer and design   
   the system. Preferably, this person will be based in the UK or Germany,   
   but anywhere else in Europe will be OK.
