   pleased that you have told me where I might find this definition, and also   
   very much pleased that you have connected Monte-Carlo and determinism   
   together in such a clear and unambiguous way. Until now, I had no idea that   
   Monte Carlo methods were deterministic!! Imagine my surprise.
