   Hi,   
      
   has anybody already implemented the Fuzzy C-means   
   Algorithm for the segmentation of natural color images?   
      
   I have some difficulties in getting the algorithm working.   
      
   Am I right that I may initialize the cluster center(s) with   
   grey values like (200,200,200) although the resulting   
   cluster center(s) should not be a grey value?
