   Dear,   
      
   First of all, develop the state flow or simulink modal for that systems with   
   fuzzy controller. Then apply the input by taking some range and observe the   
   ouput.   
      
   Having seen the out put and input relation form the rule base and then   
   develop the fuzzy controller and then insert it in SIMULINK.   
      
   I think this much will be helpful to you for time being. all doubts are   
   accepted.
