   At the university, we developped a C++ fuzzy system, which is easy to   
   implement into own programs and has more features than most other   
   software (e.g. weight of rules, NOT, AND, OR operator; More rulebases,   
   wich can be evaluated one by one). I just wrote an email to my old   
   professor and asked him, if he allows to publish it under the GPL.
