   Hiya folks,   
      
   I'm after a solution to the Travelling Tournament Problem.  This could be in   
   the form of pseudocode, source code or comprehensive documentation.   
      
   I've tried pooling together information I've grabbed off the net, but all   
   this documentation stops short of giving me enough information to code a   
   solution myself.   
      
   Any help or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated since I've   
   trying to solve this for months.
