   Ok, but that is the trivial part of fuzzy logic.   
   The idea to use it in computers or machines is another thing.   
   Can this idea be traced back, historically, to some starting point?

   But perhaps with the exception of von Neumann? Iirc, he used   
   to take some interest in quantum physics, too  ;-)
