   I rolled my own as well. Especially because i didn't find a working out of   
   the box C++ library for Linux. (Free of course). Thus i created my own one,   
   which is somewhat restricted to the stuff i really need.

   btw, i am doing something in fuzzy logic, anyhow keeping some standards is   
   not the worst idea, which i asked that question about the naming   
   convention.
