    Ok, save your FIS in the workspace.   
    Then in the simulink, make your two inputs, and feed your fuzzy system in a   
   2line matrix, the first row has your first double input( 1 line->1st   
   input)(2nd line 2nd input)   
    In this way you if you want to feed a series of 100 different double inputs   
   you must make a (100x2) matrix.   
   I tried it and works fine.
