   No, i mean if your first measurement has error 0.2 and cahnge in error 0.05   
   and your 2nd measurement has 0.3 and 0.1 then give ONE input of the FIS in   
   simulink a matrix in the following state:   
   [ 0.2 0.05 ; 0.3 0.1 ].
