   Byte Craft developed a C preprocessing  package to add Linguistic variables   
   and their manipulation (fuzzy logic) to C programs. Although it doesn't   
   directly use a Matlab .fis files Fuzz-C does work with most C compilers used   
   on microcontrollers.
