   I cannot remember any implementation of fuzzy inference engines in Basic.   
   Is it what you mean under "fuzzy logic"? Anyway, they could be rather   
   useless now for each new version of Visual Basic is backward incompatible.   
   "Code and modify quickly" is not a good idea either.
