   Dear Handbook of Big Data Analytics Book Series,   
      
   I've read the call for chapters announcement and have a small question. Is   
   the idea that content which isn't available right now has to be created   
   from scratch and submitted to the handbook, or does “Call for chapter”   
   means, that the authors should send only the URL to existing papers so   
   that the journal editor can curator a playlist of it.   
      
   Perhaps it's a typical beginner question, but unfortunately i'm   
   not familiar with the publishing workflow so please appreciate the   
   interruption.
