   It is indeed a fine assembler and well suited to the job.   
   Plus, I think adapting my already coded finctions from TASM to   
   the NASM idiom.

   And for the task at hand, it has the enormous advantage of   
   generating objects in the Coff format that my platform Fortran   
   wants !
